RajaYoga Meditation for Inner Cleanliness
Navapara (Rajim), Chattisgarh: The National Service Scheme (Plan) of The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, New Delhi, recently organized a 7-day camp called “Cleanliness is Service” in which BK Narayan from Indore was invited as the Chief Spokesperson. Speaking on the subject of de-addiction, he shared that most youth, because of a decline in their internal morale and willpower, have taken to substance abuse, becoming victim to negative habits. He further said that faith in oneself and one’s inner powers is the only way to win over negativities and advised meditation as a scientific method to achieve inner and outer cleanliness. He said that having soul consciousness doesn’t permit one to do any wrong acts and is the only way to win over negative tendencies. Further, he said that the stronger and more stable one is mentally, the more one is able to stop and overcome these addictions.
Mahesh Netam, Camp Coordinator, said that today’s youth is slave to social media, which is causing a rapid decline in one’s inner powers. He said that the youth end up wasting their inner energies in watching negatory visuals (that which negate), which lead to an increase in uncleanliness inside. He pointed out that the state of cleanliness outside is linked to that state inside.
Smt. Lalita Agrawal, Principal, Adarsh Harihar Higher Secondary School, said that due to substance abuse, there is a decline in mental integrity and memory amongst youth. She further said that without making the mind pure, achieving cleanliness is impossible. She said that she is attracted to the inner and outer cleanliness of the Brahma Kumaris and is inspired to turn her and her children’s life around with the teachings of Rajayoga Meditation.
On the occasion, Navpara BK Centre Coordinator BK Pushpa taught Rajyoga Meditation to all children present. Present on the occasion were Pankaj Pathak, Director of the camp organising committee, and several other dignitaries.
