Value Education Course by Brahma Kumaris for Jail Inmates

Mumbai (Maharashtra): The Brahma Kumaris of Mumbai offered a Preparatory Exam of Value Education Courses at Byculla District Jail in Mumbai. About 31 prisoners of Byculla Jail appeared for the exam conducted by ‘Vikhroli Study Centre’. Professor Anita, Regional Officer, YCMOU (Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University) was present as external examiner. 
The very purpose of education is to improve the Quality of Life, not based on knowledge alone but value-based education and knowledge.
