"Gift of Happiness through Rajyoga" – Five-Day Free Camp by Brahma Kumaris
Narwana, Haryana: A five-day free camp with ten sessions for learning Rajayoga meditation was organized for the city residents by the Brahma Kumaris in Narwana. In this ‘Gift of Happiness through Rajyoga‘ camp, thousands of people took a pledge to make their relationships better and more harmonious. Inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. Kiran Singh, SDM; Mr. Ranveer Kaur, Marketing Chairperson; Dr. Dhoopsingh Malik, Head of the Patanjali yogapeeth center, it was also attended by Advocate Randhir Singh, convener of Bharatiya Yoga Sansthan, motivational speaker Prof. BK Onkar Chand and BK center in charge Narwana Rajyogini Seema Behn.
SDM Dr. Kiran Singh stated that we can gain inner strength through the practice of Meditation.
The event was well organized and included musical exercises and dance performances accompanied to the tune of motivational songs. In the morning session, the meaning of Rajyoga meditation, its technique and benefits were discussed. Themes related to the degeneration and regeneration of Bharat and the method to connect oneself with the Supreme Soul were also touched upon.
BK Professor Onkar Chand said that harmonious relationships are the tonic that keeps the mind and body healthy. Stress and acrimony lead to sickness and depression. He emphasized the need to stay focused in the present moment and not worry about the past and future, and to make the most of this life. He invited everyone to take benefit of this free camp to enrich their life and make society better.
