"Essential Spirituality" – 42 Short Videos with BK Sister Jayanti

The series ‘Essential Spirituality’ with BK Jayanti Kirpalani is a collection of 42 short videos that are divided into 3 distinct sections, namely ‘A Spiritual Perspective’, ‘Spirituality of the Self’ and ‘From Spiritual Practice to Spiritual Self’. The videos are intended for viewers to spark a deeper reflection on the subtle inner terrain that holds solutions for many outer maladies.
The 3 sections each delve into aspects such as spiritual awareness to transform our inner state, spiritual study and practice of the self, God, Karma as well as practical tips into bridging the gap between thinking and doing. The meditation commentaries that follow each section are intended for viewers to integrate what is being said into one’s personal life and offer a deep spiritual experience. To make the meditation more effective, viewers are advised to keep the eyes open and watch the videos, as one listens to the thoughts offered by Sister Jayanti.
Sister Jayanti Kirpalani, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Europe and the Middle East, the spiritual guide on this journey, is exceptionally articulate on the subject of applied spirituality – encompassing both spiritual knowledge and practice. Her unique ability and gift to explain “lived spirituality” instantly makes sense, inspiring others to also apply it to their lives. Alongside her in this journey are Eric Le Reste and Judy Rodgers, both long-term students of RajaYoga Meditation and its applications to living in the world, with prior work experience in media. Off-camera in these recordings, but occasionally visible, they’ve helped to develop the concept and frame the questions that drive this video series.
