Diwali Celebrations at Brahma Kumaris HQ Conclude at Manmohinivan
The Diwali Festival was celebrated with a true spirit by the Brahma Kumaris Worldwide and especially at eight different campuses of the International Head Quarters in Mount Abu with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm in the memories of the future New Golden Aged Deity Kingdom.
Manmohinivan Complex on Abu Road, which has received the Green Building Award by the Green Building Council of Jaipur, was beautifully decorated with sparkling lights, colorful rangoli, fountains, and magical artwork with angels and sculptures. Everyone was traditionally welcomed with a tilak and an “Always be Happy” badge, and the event started with the arrival of the Chief Guests of the occasion: Joint Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, Dadi Ratan Mohini; General Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris, BK Nirwair; and General Manager of the Brahma Kumaris, BK Munni. The auditorium was filled with people from different parts of the country gathered together to celebrate the Festival of Lights.
Residents of Manmohinivan performed a skit in the form of a dance drama appreciating the qualities of BK Munni, and her tireless role in the journey of the Brahma Kumaris along with Dadi Prakashmani, former Chief of the Brahma Kumaris.
Dadi Ratanmohini gave blessings wishing all a Spiritually Healthy, Enlightening and Joyous Diwali. She shared about the importance of having “elevated” actions, thoughts and feelings. Only our elevated efforts help in bringing great peace, happiness and light into the world.
BK Nirwair said that when we become spiritually aware, we discover our inner light and the treasures within – peace, love, joy and wisdom. The festival of Diwali reminds us to rekindle our spiritual awareness and light up the world with this awareness.
BK Munni shared her memories of how all the different campuses of the Head Quarters were built under the leadership of Dadi Prakashmani and congratulated all on this auspicious occasion.
BK Dev, Incharge of Manmohinivan Complex, thanked everyone and the program ended with a Candle Lighting, Cake Cutting and Garba dance filling the hearts with joy and laughter.
