Seminar on Spiritual Tourism by Brahma Kumaris, Mysore

A Seminar was organized on Spiritual Tourism at the Mahajana PG Centre by the Brahma Kumaris of Mysuru in which BK Kamalesh in her keynote speech said that Positivity towards life is spirituality.  She spoke about the new initiative of “Spiritual Tourism” of the Shipping Aviation and Tourism Wing (SAT wing) of the Brahma Kumaris.  She distinguished between religious and spiritual tourism.
Guest Speakers on this occasion were Cdr. H.N Satish, Adjunct Professor and HOD of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality; Mr. Uday Kumar, Mr. Lokanathan V, et al., who shared that the Practice of spirituality and inculcating of spiritual values will bring improvised services such as reception, information, facilities, etc. The Brahma Kumaris are ready to provide training in this aspect and we should receive maximum benefit utilizing their service. People from young age to old age should imbibe Spiritual values so that the hotel business along with other sectors can have multiplier effect reaping high profit.
