New Generation Course Training by Brahma Kumaris, Bangalore

BK Hans from Germany conducted a New Generation Course Training at Vardani Bhawan, in Bangalore, Karnataka, sharing how to introduce Rajayoga Meditation in the lifestyle; the training was filled with modern techniques. “Energy is the main thing. If we have enough energy, we do everything right. Weakness means we don’t have energy.  It is easy to get into vices, rather than learning virtues,” stated BK Hans during the training program attended by Rajyoga Teachers from Bangalore.
