A Stress management workshop was organized by the Sri Ram Nagar Colony branch of the Brahma Kumaris at Varanasi for the 34 Vahini, PAC (Pradesh Armed Constabulary) jawans who are dedicated to maintaining a fear-free society by maintaining a balance between the social and judicial system of the country. Along with the workshop, at the request of the jawans, a Rajayoga camp was also organized.
Addressing the jawans, BK Saroj, Centre Incharge, Manduvadih branch, said, One feels insecure in the contemporary, uncertain and competitive world full of negativity.  This has made the human mind unstable. This is the root of stress. Hence, it has become a challenge to keep oneself balanced and to fulfill one’s responsibilities efficiently. In such times, the only way to empower the inner self is Rajayoga taught by God Himself. Rajayoga practice helps us maintain our psychological balance and gives us the patience to see ourselves through tough times. For this, we need to equip ourselves with the true knowledge of ourselves and the Supreme Soul.
Sharing the rich experiences of his life, BK O.N. Upadhyaya said, By connecting our mind and intellect with God Shiva, we can charge ourselves with endless peace, love, bliss and powers. The refilling of the divine virtues and powers create psychological balance within us. Hence, we need to include Rajayoga in our daily life.
Vinod Kumar Mishra, IPS Officer, PAC Commandant, invited the jawans to take benefit from the Stress management workshop and a Rajayoga camp was organized for them. He also thanked the Brahma Kumari sisters for sharing tips for living a positive life with the PAC staff. Training Centre Incharge Ramneti Rai thanked the organizers and the jawans for deriving benefits from the peaceful program.
BK Chanda introduced the Security Services Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation with the audience and shared the services being extended by this wing across the country.
