Cleanliness Is Service : Campaign Initiated by Brahma Kumaris of Simrauli, Madhya Pradesh
The Brahma Kumaris initiated the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ (Cleanliness is Service) Drive at RajaYoga Bhawan, Regional Headquarters at Simrauli, Madhya Pradesh, by cleaning the Bittan Market area.
Volunteers as young as a 3-year-old girl and as old as a 75-year-old senior citizen participated in the drive, hence, infusing enthusiasm in the members of the group.
This campaign, started by the organization, shall continue uninterruptedly until October 2, 2018. Under this campaign, along with the cleanliness programs, various awareness talks shall be organized at schools, colleges and public places. Along with that, morning rallies shall be conducted in various residential areas from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. to bring about awareness among the general public.
