Janmashtami Celebrations at Peace Auditorium, Bhilai

Members of the local Brahma Kumaris Center in Bhilai Nagar, Sector-7, arranged a live program at Peace Auditorium as a part of Social Activities to celebrate the festival of Sri Krishna Janmashtami.
The festival was full of attraction with colourful lighting and a sweet sound system. Various instances from the life of Sri Krishna were presented very pompously and pleasantly live by young artists for the joy and happiness of the audience. The grand function was launched by lighting the lamps by Mr. Tyagiji, DIG of BSF and BK Geetha.
Through this live show, a message is delivered to the society that Ego in Man is taking strong hold of him due to the absence of Divinity. Today, in order to fulfill his Material Desires, Man is adopting and using Negative Means without any hesitation. The Supreme Soul being our Supreme Father, whenever it was found that the Ego in Man is becoming rampant, He plans to destroy them tactfully in various ways because Ego is the cause for our downfall.
During the Maha Bharat War it is stated that the Pandavas became Egoistic due to their winning trend. This was noticed by Barbarika, the Grandson of Bheem, the son of Ghatotgaj. When the War was over he told the Pandavas, his Grand Fathers, that he didn’t see any of their weapons in the War but he saw the Swadarshan Chakra of Sri Krishna killing all the Kauravas. On hearing so the Ego and Prejudice of the Pandavas melted away. If our Intellect could realize Who is the Controller of this Universe every moment, then we start receiving the Divine Power to fight out our Ego automatically. To think and feel proud that we are Powerful is our mere foolishness.
This live program on the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami will continue for two days.
The message conveyed through this celebration is to Liberate the Self from Ego and Imbibe Politeness in our lives.
