Janmashtami Celebrations at the Head Quarters of Brahma Kumaris

On the eve of Janmashtami, Dadi Ratanmohini and Dadi Ishu, Joint Chiefs of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Munni, General Manager of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Bhopal and BK Bharat inaugurated the beautiful live show depicting Shri Krishna’s life (Jhanki) in the campus of Shantivan at the Head Quarters of the Brahma Kumaris. Various episodes of Shri Krishna lifting the Govardhan mountain, swinging, sleeping on the snake, playing with Gopis, ruling the kingdom, etc., were shown in a beautiful and colorful manner with lighting, decoration and music.


A show was also inaugurated by BK Shashi in Om Shanti Bhawan in Mount Abu. National Co-ordinator of the Sports Wing of the Brahma Kumaris, BK Shashi, explained the Spiritual Significance of Janmashtami, that Shri Krishna was the first prince of the Golden Age, full of all virtues, completely pure and viceless, and we need to make effort to become like Krishna, which is possible only by having a connection with the Supreme Father.
