Janmashtami Celebrations by Brahma Kumaris of Bhilai

The members of Brahma Kumaris of Talpuri B-block in Chhattisgarh celebrated the Sri Krishna Janmashtami festival in a very unique way.
The function was very lively due to colourful lighting, decorations, music and a grand sound system. It was custumarily inaugurated by lighting the lamps by Mr. Prem Prakash Pandey, Minister of Higher Technical Education in the Government of Chhattisgarh, as Chief Guest.
In this live show, various episodes of Sri Krishna’s life, as a friend of Sudama, resulting fruits of Meera’s deep devotion, as a Sarathi of Arjun’s Chariot in the Mahabharat War, and as a True brother saving the Chastity of Draupadi by supplying a flow of Saris, were very impressively shown. Residents of Talpuri B-block Colony in large numbers came and enjoyed the event.
On the eve of Janmashtami there was a program with the theme “Let us come to make our Mind, Pure and Peaceful though Raja Yoga”.
