Rakhi Festival with Chief Minister of Manipur, ​Shri N. Biren Singh

BK Nilima from the Brahma Kumaris of Manipur tied Rakhi to Shri N. Biren Singh, the Honorable Chief Minister of Manipur, on the event of Raksha Bandhan in Imphal. A public program was also organised by BK Nilima which was graced by Shri Karam Shyam, Honorable Revenue Minister, Manipur, and Shri K. Robindro, Honorable Deputy Speaker, Manipur, on the occasion of the Raksha Bandhan Celebration.
