Drug De-Addiction Awareness Rally by Brahma Kumaris, Chhatarpur

The Collector of Social Justice and Disabled Persons Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, planned to conduct a program with the help of the Brahma Kumaris, to educate the people and make them aware of the consequences of their harmful habits of smoking, chewing tobacco, drinking alcohol and taking drugs and narcotics etc., to encourage them to stop all this and become de-addicted for the good of their families.
With such high ideals the program was arranged at the function hall of the Brahma Kumaris Center in Kishore Sagar locality of Chhatarpur and it was attended by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mr. Ravindra Chowkse as Chief Guest, the Gayatri Parivar Samrakshak, Mr. Jaiprakash Khare, Mr. Vijay Kumar Tirki, Deputy Director of Social Justice Department as Special Guests and BK Rama, the Centre in charge  presided over the whole function.
The program was launched by putting tilak and presenting flowers to Guests and lighting the lamps by them  in presence of many honorable persons of the town and large number of local people.
BK Rama addressed the gathering and welcomed all to learn and know the harm that we are inflicting self and our family members without knowing. On this occasion a rally was taken out through the town to take this message to each and every person whoever is suffering with these intoxications.
The rally was flagged off by the Chief Guest and others. Everyone participated with lot of enthusiasm.
