International Yoga Day Celebrations by Brahma Kumaris, Shimoga

Mr. K S Eshwarappa, MLA, Shimoga, and Mr. Ashok Naik, MLA, Rural Shimoga, inaugurated the program held as an observance of International Yoga Day at Shimoga, Karnataka. BK Ansuya guided everyone with a commentary for meditation. The participants performed  different yoga postures and everyone did both mental and physical yoga. BK Swati gave a motivational seminar on Stress Management. A rally was organised displaying huge banners and slogans in which a large number of Brahma Kumars and Kumaris participated.
