"Self-Sovereignity Leads to Good Governance" Administrators Seminar in Agra

The Administrative Wing of the Brahma Kumaris International Head Quarters at Mount Abu, Rajasthan, organised a seminar for all the Administrators from Central and State Governments, Banks, other Organisations, and officers from various Working Committees at their local centre “Vishwa Shanti Bhawan”, Kamala Nagar in Agra.
There was an august presence of elite personalities in the seminar. BK Asha, Director, Om Shanti Reteat Centre, Gurugram, was the Chief Orater, and Mr. K. Ram Mohan Rao, Divisional Commissioner, Agra, was the Chief Guest. Mr. Shashank Shekhar, Joint Secretary, Govt. of lndia; Mr. Gourav Dayal, District Collector, Agra; Mr. Sita Ram Meena, former Commissioner and presently Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Agra; and BK Sheelu, Sub Zonal in Charge of Agra; were on the dias.
The program was launched by lighting the sacred lamps by Mr. Gourav Dayal, Mr. K. Ram Mohan Rao, Mr. Shashank Shekhar, Mr. Sita Ram Meena, Mr. Nanda Kishor Manghrani, BK Jyotsna, BK Asha, BK Sheela and BK Kavita.
BK Ashwina explained the purpose and aim of this meeting. BK Jyotsna welcomed all the delegates for their best advantage of this function. The Kalindi Dance Group presented a dance by their children to welcome the Guests.
BK Asha’s lecture on the subject was heard by the audience with rapt attention, and they received very seriously the method of bringing a positive attitude into their own lives by controlling their thoughts and practicing RajaYoga regularly. BK Asha stated that if they become a good administrator their intrinsic qualities will show automatically in their work fields.
Mr. Shashank Shekhar said that it is his great Fortune that he could be present in this program and he really feels that it is the responsibility of administrators to establish peace in the nation and in the world. He said that only our ancient Indian Spirituality, Wisdom and Culture can show us the way to rectify the present society which is progressing towards violence. In order to make India a World Teacher, we all have to adopt and tread the path of Spirituality and practice Rajayoga.
Mr. Gaurav Dayal expressed his hearty gratitude to the Brahma Kumaris and said, “This seminar is very impressive for the administrators”.
Mr. K Ram Mohan Rao said, “You cannot have proficiency until you achieve control over your mind”.
Mr. Sitaram Meena stated that Spiritual Wisdom and Rajyoga are very helpful in improving your decision-making power and administrative capacity. BK Sheela presided over the whole function and extended her blessings for the success of the seminar. At the end, BK Kavita conducted practical Rajayoga meditation collectively for the audience so that they may feel their inner peace.
