Value-Based Summer Camp for Children at Faridabad, Haryana

A seven-day Summer Camp for children was arranged by the Brahma Kumaris at their centre at Neelambata Road, Faridabad. Children from 3rd to 9th standard took part in this camp and very much enjoyed dancing and having fun. The Director, Mr. Vinod, and Choreographer Seema Thapa of Unity Dance Studio taught them some dancing techniques. In Arts and Crafts they were taught cloth designing art.
BK Sudha focused on character building of the children, through which they can bring a good society in the future. She told them that they can always be successful in life if they have a good character.
BK Usha, Nit Centre, said today’s child is tomorrow’s youth of the country. So they must be given good values from childhood. Only then can they build a good society in the future. That is why she asked the children to take full benefit from this camp. She insisted that they must be given teachings of meditation that will improve their concentration power which helps them to perform well in exams and acquire good results.
BK Jyoti taught them yoga and meditation to improve concentration power.
The purpose of this camp is to inculcate values in every child.
