Sleep Management and Mental Empowerment at Hajipur, Bihar

Security Services Wing faculty BK Veerendar from Mount Abu was invited by the Railway Protection Force(RPF) at RPF Zonal Head Quarters situated in Eastern Central Railway Head Quarters, Rail Niketan, Hajipur (Bihar) on June 8 to conduct a session on “Sleep Management and Mental Empowerment”.
The whole session was attended by Shri Ravindra Verma (IG Cum Principal Chief Security Commisioner) along with 75 others (25 Officers and Senior Officers and Staff members).
BK Ravindra bhai of Patna coordinated the program and BK Sangita of Patna conducted a meditation commentary.
The IG was highly impressed by the contents and usefulness of the session topic and immediately extended an invitation to conduct the same program at different Railway Protection Force centers nearby.
