Seven-Day Special Yoga-Asana-Pranayam Camp at Tikrapara, Raipur
BK Manju, member of the Chhattisgarh Commission for Yoga and Centre in-charge of the Brahma Kumaris center in Tikrapara, announced that a seven-day special Yoga-Asana-Pranayam camp is being organized daily each morning from 5:30 to 7:30 am at the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Auditorium, beginning June 15th. PSC cadets and school students are attending this camp that is being held in the Guru Nanak School. The camp is also open to the general public, to anyone interested in attending. The camp hopes to present and explain the benefits of yoga in detail. The presenters will also be enlightened about the need for positive thinking.
BK Manju felt that a one-day annual yoga program may not be sufficient, hence the seven-day course is being offering to train the learners. She also said that the true Rajyoga, that God himself has come to teach His children, is the oldest practice in this universe to have a healthy and positive focus on one’s mind as well as the body. It is with this goal that this camp is being organized and offered.
