"Self-esteem and Happiness" Retreat in the mountains of Costa Rica, Central America

In the Mountains of Costa Rica an experiential retreat was held on the topic “Keys to self esteem and happiness” organized by the Brahma Kumaris at Costa Rica.  Exploration of real self, deep reflection and meditation experiences related to the unlimited self, the powerful soul, I am loved by God, I am protected under the divine Law  etc. were part of the retreat. The retreat participants really enjoyed the half day of silence, and with tears of love, shared their special realizations and transformation they experienced .  Participants from different professions and ages played an active role during the retreat.
