International Self Development Conference "Awakening Inner Power and Potential" organised by Harmony House Meditation Center, Kuwait

Participants from different countries – Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain etc. took part in the “Awakening Inner Power and Potential” International Self-Development Conference held at The Regency Hotel, Kuwait organised by the Harmony House Meditation Center.
Talks, Workshops, Panel Discussions on the topics  Overcoming Anger, Conflict Management, Resilience in the phase of Constant Change, Emotional Intelligence etc. were part of the event which helped  to discover inner power and potential by the team of international speakers and experts who shared their personal success stories that inspired and empowered everyone to make lasting and positive changes in lives.
Sister Jayanti, European Director of Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University and NGO Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, Nizar Juma, an Industrialist from Kenya, Judy Rodgers, Consultant, Communications strategist and coach from New York, Mike George, Best author of 14 books, Coach and facilitator of managers and leaders in companies and communities in over 30 countries were the main speakers of the event.
 
David Kilowsky, a creative and talented self-taught artist and musician performed with sound from Tibetan Singing Bowls which entrain the brain frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition, reducing stress and anxiety.
