Experience Inner Peace and Silence from Brahma Kumaris

As part of the New Year Celebrations, a program was organized for residents and regular students of the Trimurti Bhawan center of the Brahma Kumaris at Rajim, Navapara, Chhattisgarh. The Chief Guest, Mahamandaleshwar Dr. Shivswarupanand, who had arrived from Jaipur, explained that to know oneself and experience inner peace is the essence of the Vedas (scriptures). He expressed that he has had the expereince of divine silence when he witnessed more than 40,000 students of the Brahma Kumaris sit in deep yog sadhana (practice) at Mount Abu.  Through the Murli (daily spiritual knowledge), one gets a glimpse of true knowledge, he said.
Dr. Shivswarupanand further shared that to practically follow the vedas in daily life is not as easy as studying them. Mount Abu offers a glimpse of the peace and happiness one experiences by living life as prescribed in the vedas. He said that witnessing the discipline and decorum here is like witnessing deities in real life. Speaking about Chhattisgarh, Dr. Shivswarupanand said that due to the absence of western culture here, residents are more naive as compared to other parts of the country, where there is the slow extinction of the ancient Aadi Sanatan culture (deity culture). Now is the time to know our true nature which will happen through the true knowledge given in the Murlis.
Lalita Agrawal, Principal, Harihar Secondary School, said that she always teaches children to walk on the path of truth which requires courage. The famous doctor Dr. Rajendra Gadiah said that meditation is the medicine of all diseases. While yoga exercises may guarantee physical health, for mental health, Rajyog is the effective medicine. He said that while patients come to him, yogis (practitioners of Raja Yoga) go to the Brahma Kumaris.
BK Narayan, National Executive Member, Religious Division, from Indore, said that the world today is searching for truth in temples, churches, mosques, and gurus, but to no avail. Despite the presence of so many teachers in India, the condition of the human soul and the world is deteriorating. Truth, he exclaimed, is not found in the outer world, in science, the vedas, nor in the upanishads, but in the inner world, experienced by sadhana (practice). The spiritual world is not one to see or hear but for everyone to go inward from where consciousness is manifested and all qualities and powers are manifested. By its experience, life becomes full of peace, love, and joy.
Program Director BK Pushpa welcomed everyone and congratulated them for visiting the center at the beginning of the New Year, calling it a symbol of their Godly birth. Addressing Dr. Shivswarupanand as the messenger of God, she said, He is sent in this garb to serve humanity.
BK Raajkumari and BK Sheela welcomed everyone with flowers and hundreds of souls of the city participated. Towards the end, a cake was distributed as part of the New Year’s Eve celebration.

राजिम नवापारा, छत्तीसगढ़, 4 जून, नव वर्ष के उपलक्ष में स्थानीय ब्रम्हाकुमारी त्रिमूर्ति भवन में शहरवासियों व नियमित साधकों के लिए स्नेह मिलन कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि जोधपुर से पधारे महामंडलेश्वर डॉ शिवस्वरूपानंद ने बताया कि वेदों का सार है स्वयं को जान लेना वह आंतरिक शांति का अनुभव करना। वह मैंने ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान माउंट आबू में प्रथम बार आगमन पर अनुभव किया जहां 40000 भाई बहन एक साथ बैठकर उस साधना के द्वारा दिव्य शांति व अनुभूति प्राप्त करते हैं। परमात्मा ज्ञान मुरली के माध्यम से सत्यता वेदों की झलक मिलती है जिसे सत्य ज्ञान कहते हैं ।वेदों का अध्ययन करना अलग बात है लेकिन उसे जीवन में धारण करना कठिन है वही वेदों के ज्ञान के अनुसार प्रैक्टिकल जीवन अर्थात सुख शांति से संपन्न जीवन की झलक यहां देखने को मिलती है। यहाँ का अनुशासन, मर्यादा ,व्यवस्था में देवी दर्शन होते हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ के बारे में बताया कि यहां की संस्कृति में अभी भी पाश्चात्य संस्कृति का अभाव है ।यहां के नागरिक भोले व सरल स्वभाव वाले हैं जबकि अन्य राज्यों में पाश्चात्य संस्कृति हावी होती जा रही है। इसीलिए हमारा आदि सनातन संस्कृति लुप्त होती जा रही है। अब समय है कि अपने सत्य स्वरूप को जाने और वह सत्य ज्ञान यहां ज्ञान मुरली के माध्यम से मिलता है। हरिहर माध्यमिक विद्यालय की प्रिंसिपल ललिता अग्रवाल ने कहा कि मैं हमेशा बच्चों को सत्य की राह पर चलने की शिक्षा देती हूं ।सत्य को छिपाने की जरूरत नहीं है वह अपने आप सूर्य की भांति अंधेरे के बाद प्रकाश के आगमन की तरह प्रकट होता है ।सत्य पर चलने के लिए हिम्मत व साहस की आवश्यकता है ।शहर के सुप्रसिद्ध डॉ राजेंद्र गदीया ने कहा कि मेडिटेशन सब बीमारियों की दवा है। आज अनेक तरह के योगाभ्यास कराए जाते हैं वह शारीरिक रीति से भले ठीक है लेकिन मानसिक रोगों के लिए राजयोग एक कारगर दवाई है जो तन मन को स्वस्थ बनाता है ।हमारे यहां पर रोगी ,भोगी आते हैं जबकि ब्रम्हाकुमारी संस्थान में योगी लोग आते हैं । इंदौर से पधारे धार्मिक प्रभाग के राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी सदस्य ब्रह्माकुमार नारायण भाई ने कहा कि आज सत्य को सारी दुनिया मंदिर ,गिरजाघर ,मस्जिद, पुजागर ,गुरु के पास ढूंढ रही है। फिर भी सत्य नहीं मिल रहा है ।भारत में इतने धर्मगुरु होने के बाद भी आज मानव व संसार की हालत दिन-प्रतिदिन गिरावट की ओर जा रही है ,जबकि सत्य बाहरी दुनिया ,शास्त्र ,वेद ,उपनिषद में नहीं, सत्य अंतर जगत में है जिसे साधना के द्वारा अनुभव किया जाता है। आध्यात्मिक जगत देखने, सुनने , दर्शन करने का नहीं बल्कि उस सत्य को महसूस अनुभव करने का है और यह कुदरती हर एक को प्राप्त है। हम अपने अंदर की ओर जाए जहां से चेतना प्रकट होती है उसे सुने अनुभव करें ।उसी चेतन ऊर्जा में सर्वगुण ,शक्तियां समाई हुई है ।जिसे अनुभव करने से जीवन शांति ,प्रेम , खुशी से भरपूर बन जाता है । कार्यक्रम की संचालिका ब्रह्मा कुमारी पुष्पा बहन ने सभी का शब्दों से स्वागत किया और बताया कि नववर्ष के प्रारंभ में आपका सेंटर पर आगमन हुआ है यह आपका अलौकिक जन्मदिन की यादगार बन गई है ।आप ईश्वर के संदेशवाहक है जो परमात्मा ने इस सन्यास वस्त्र में आपको मानव जगत की सेवा करने भेजा है। ब्रह्मा कुमारी राजकुमारी व सीला बहन ने सभी का फूलों का गुलदस्ता से स्वागत किया ।कार्यक्रम में शहर के सैकड़ों आत्माएं उपस्थित रहे। अंत में नव वर्ष के उपलक्ष में केक काटा गया। सभी को वितरित किया गया ।
