Mumbai, Maharashtra: Gopal Chinayya Shetty, Member of Parliament from Mumbai, and BK Divyaprabha, Subzone Incharge of Brahma Kumaris centers in North-Mumbai, were present at the flag-off ceremony of ‘Angel Walk’. BK Divyaprabha spoke in brief about the purpose of the event, and Mr. Gopal Shetty appreciated the Brahma Kumaris for adopting such a unique approach of serving people and nature through positive vibrations.
The BK Sisters were dressed up as Angels. The Angels, while walking in silence and radiating peace to the world, gave blessing cards to visitors in the park. They were accompanied by other Brahma Kumars and Kumaris who would attend to the people keen to know about this unique event.
Angel Walk received a very good response from the visitors at the park. People were happy to receive blessing cards from Angels.
The Third Sunday World Meditation hour, observed by Brahma Kumaris all over the world, was a parallel event of collective meditation at the ground adjacent to the park. It was a gathering of around 1200 Rajayogis. An atmosphere full of peace was created with so many yogis doing meditation. Indeed it was a great service to humanity and nature through the means of silence and peaceful vibrations.
