Brahma Kumaris Light up Gita Jayanti Celebrations

Faridabad (Haryana): A three-day program was organized and celebrated by the Haryana local administration as part of the Gita Jayanti Festival in Sector 12, at the Hooda Convention Center in Faridabad. Stalls of various social institutions were installed during the festival, in which the Brahma Kumaris were invited to participate at the administrative level. Apart from this, a seminar was also organized on topics related to the Bhagavad Gita, in which BK Poonam shared that the soul is an infinite energy in itself; when we recognize ourselves as a soul and connect to the Supreme Soul, we experience efficiency in our workspaces, along with the awakening of our original qualities as well as divinity in our sanskaars.

The stall by the Brahma Kumaris was the highlight of the festival, and was observed by various dignitaries from the city including the Cabinet Minister of Haryana, Mr. Vipul Goyal; the Commissioner, Mr. Anupama; the Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Atul Kumar; the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Jatinder Dahiya; the City Magistrate, Ms. Balina; the Sub Divisional Magistrate of Faridabad Mr. Satbir Mann, and the Sub Divisional Magistrate of Balbaggarh, Shri Rajesh Kumar, along with various administrative officials. They praised the pictorial exhibition set up at the stall and were afterwards given Godly gifts.

Apart from this, noted poet Deepak Gupta, Faridabad Chief of ISKCON; Mr. Prabhat Shukla, District Education Officer; Mrs. Satinder Kaur, and Professor M. P. Singh, etc., also observed the festivities.
