Inner Leadership Course at Asia Retreat Centre, Malaysia

Malaysia: It was an awesome, soul searching, mind-opening and empowering weekend together at the Brahma Kumaris Inner Leadership Course at the Asia Retreat Centre (ARC), in Dengkil, Malaysia.  The Course, with a theme of ‘Developing Values for Self-Transformation and Positive Empowerment,’ awakened the participants to realize how vital it is to detect and align one’s life purpose to one’s key values in life, as though it is the ‘DNA’ to living a truly meaningful, fulfilling and dignified life to its fullest.
Indeed, it was an “AHA” moment for many of them …
A total of 40 participated, all of whom are professionals, key entrepreneurs and leaders in their own field, including several international students currently in pursuit of their post-graduate and doctorate studies.
The course awakened the realization of the need to listen more to own’s heart, to believe in oneself, enhancing the self with the power of meditation and the importance of living cleanly in life.
It was truly a journey of total awakening, from what they thought they knew but actually did not really know … as there is so much yet to know and to discover …”from don’t know to knowing, from knowing to don’t know” … as remarked by one of the participants.
Above all, it was hearty to note that the participants understood and recognized the importance of the power of meditation in bringing about positive change, and were inspired to do the meditation course. One could see that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and returned home feeling more confident, with greater clarity and a sense of identity, purpose and direction in their role and life moving forward.
