Cleanliness Drive by Brahma Kumaris in Narsinghpur

Under the co-operation of the City Municipality of Narsinghpur, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Sastry Jayanti, a grand Swachha Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Campaign) was launched by Brahma Kumaris members at the District Ground in Narsinghpur.
As an observance of this Project in practice, sweeping of the District Ground was done by members of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Kusum, the local Brahma Kumaris Centre In charge; Mr. Jalam Singh Patel, State Minister of Madhya Pradesh; Mr. Sunil Kothari, Senior Social Worker; Mr. Ramswarup Patel, District Bar Association President; Mr Banti Saluja, City BJP President; Mr. J. Sameer Lakra, Upper Collector; Mr. R.P. Ahirwar, CEO, District Panchayat; Mr. Thakur Saheb, CMO; Mr. Pandit Neeraj Maharaj, MP Representative; Mr. Vinay Jain, Senior Advocate; Mr. Sardar Singh; Mr. Pramesh Sharma; Mr. Jay Narayan; Mr. Lal Saheb Jat, Former member of ex Servicemen Welfare Society; Mr. Sunil Prajapati, BJP Youth Leader. Local people also participated in this Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan.
A Public program was organised in which BK Kusum emphasized that along with external cleaning, inner cleaning of Mind is also very essential by which our Speech and Actions too will become pure. This is possible only by Raja Yoga meditation. She inspired and made everyone to pledge for the internal cleaning of Mind along with external cleanliness.
BK Priti then facilitated an experience of inner peace for everyone through a guided meditation of Raja Yoga.
A grand procession was organized through the main streets in the city of Narsinghpur in which enthusiastic public also joined with the members of the Brahma Kumaris Centre. Thus the program was very successful.  This campaign will continue from September 30th to October 10th, 2018, all over the district.
