Engineer's Day Celebrated by Brahma Kumaris: Connecting Engineers to the Self
Engineer’s Day was celebrated by the Brahma Kumaris in Rajgarh with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, Vikas Rajouria, Executive Engineer, WRD; Ajay Ben, Executive Engineer PWD; Govind Bhuriya, Executive Engineer PHE; and BK Madhu along with all the participants lit the lamps to mark the beginning of the program. The BK Sisters welcomed the guests with Tilak and flowers. Ridhi welcomed the guests and engineers through her Welcome Dance.
Vikas Rajouria, Executive Engineer, expressed his heartfelt desire that such a program should be organized in the future as well. Ajay Ben, Executive Engineer, appreciated the organization for connecting the field of engineering with spirituality. Pratap Singh Sisodia, Assistant Engineer, shared that ‘Rajayoga Meditation’ is necessary for everyone and for this we must spare some time even in the busiest of schedules.
BK Madhu said that it is the engineer’s job to discover new things, make buildings, and make houses; but now it is the time to understand and identify the self. Introducing the self, BK Madhu said, The subtle life force running this body is the soul, which works through the mind, intellect and sanskars. The soul is a point of light and God is a point of light too. We need to discover peace within rather than outside, as peace is the nature of the soul.
BK Seema helped all the participants experience deep peace through a ‘Rajayoga Commentary’. Nandini introduced the participants to the organization and BK Surekha welcomed all.
BK Lakshmi, BK Bhagya Lakshmi, BK Namrata, BK Vaishali, and BK Neelam felicitated all the engineers with garlands and B.S. Rathour presented the Vote of Thanks.
