Brahma Kumaris from Bhopal at Legislative Assembly, Madhya Pradesh

Upon receiving an invitation from Mr. Awadhesh Pratap Singh, Principal Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Bhopal, the Brahma Kumaris conducted a Raja Yoga program to lead a stress-free life for members and dignitaries of the Legislative Assembly of Madhya Pradesh.
Rajayogini BK Avdesh, the main speaker of the event, conducted Rajayoga meditation and gave insights on how to lead a life free from tension. BK Rani also shared how the impossible can be made possible through strong will power which can be developed through the practice of Rajayoga.
