"Tree Planting Program" by Brahma Kumaris, Nagpur

As a part of a National Project of saving the environment from pollution by the planting of new saplings to increase the green areas on the earth, the local BK Centre at Jaripatka in Nagpur, organised a program in the Bank Colony to plant trees with the co-operation of the residents of the colony.
BK Neelima, the Centre in Charge, first planted a sapling to launch the program. Thereafter former MLA Mr. Suresh Jagyasi honoured BK Neelima by offering her a shawl in recognition of their services.
In the function Mr. Khem Chand, Mr. Motwani Sir, Mr. Vadhwani and other residents of the colony were present.
Like at Jaripatka, similar programs of plantation were conducted by the sportive members of Brahma Kumaris Centers at Vasanth Nagar, Mahal, Chappru Nagar, Dharampet, Sonegaon, Govind Nagar, Manewada, Wanadongri, Dattawadi, Butibori, Zingabai and Takli in Nagpur.
Everywhere BK Brothers and Sisters and the general public participated in large numbers with great interest.
