Launch of "All India Divya Nagri (Divine Town) Slum Area Services" Project in Jabalpur
The Brahma Kumaris of Napier Town Center in Jabalpur have launched a campaign, “Development of Slum Area Services” as a part of the “Swaccha Bharat Swarnim Bharat (Clean India, Golden India)” campaign. They are not only cleaning the slums but also educating the dwellers, mainly the children, inspiring and uplifting them with spiritual knowledge to improve their character and behavior. They want to transform those backward slum areas into places full of divinity.
BK Lalit Enani, Secretary and Chief Promoter of this campaign, has along with other BKs inaugurated the “All India Divya Nagri (Divine Town) Services Project” by lighting the lamps at the Sanskar Dhani area in Jabalpur town. This program was simultaneously commenced both in Jabalpur and Chindwada, at two localities in each town. Now these two towns have also come in the list of the National Project of “Clean India, Golden India”. Since children are the future generation of any society, they will be taken care of and given the required training. These efforts of the Brahma Kumaris are appreciated all over the country.
The Chief Administrator and Promoter BK Lalit Enani said that the main object of this campaign is to bring these slums (dirty, deprived dwelling areas) into the mainstream of the nation by making them neat and clean and healthy. He said that infants, children, youth, women and aged people all are benefited by this project.
BK Ishita, the Chief Executive of this Project, who came from Ahmedabad to attend the program said, “Wherever this project was launched, the image of that locality and the lifestyle of the residents was totally transformed. People were trained in their Skills Development, Self Management, Self Dependency, Unity and Understanding in the family, Health and Yoga Awareness, De-addiction of Bad Habits, and Self Employment. All of these are being encouraged.”
BK Lalit Enani and BK Bhawani both presented clothes to the children. For the entertainment of the residents, the children performed a cultural dance and rendered songs beautifully.

पिछड़ी बस्ती को दिव्य नगरी बनाने ब्रह्माकुमारीज नेपियर टाउन ने किया
स्लम एरिया सेवा योजना का शुभारंभ जबलपुर। स्लम यानि गंदी बस्तियों को न सिर्फ सुंदर बल्कि दिव्य बनाने की दिषा में प्रयत्नशील ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्थान की राष्ट्रीय योजना में जबलपुर भी जुड़ गया है। उपरोक्त सेवा उपक्रम
‘अखिल भारतीय दिव्य नगरी सेवा योजना’ का संस्कारधानी में श्रीगणेष, संस्था के सेकेट्री और प्रोजेक्ट चीफ प्रमोटर ब्रह्माकुमार ललित इनानी ने किया। जबलपुर और छिंदवाड़ा की दो दो स्लम बस्तियों में से योजना संचालित की जा रही है। किसी भी समाज का भविष्य चंूकि बच्चे होते हैं इसलिये योजना के तहत बच्चों को विषेष रूप से प्रषिक्षित किया जायेगा। स्लम बस्तियों में रहने वाले लोगों के चारित्रिक उन्नयन और आत्म उन्नति की दिषा में चल रही इस योजना की देष भर में प्रषंसा हो रही है। सी.ए. बी. के. ललित ने कार्यक्रम में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुये बताया कि योजना का उद्देष्य वंचित समाज को मुख्य धारा से जोड़ना है। योजना का लाभ नौनिहालों से लेकर किषोरों, महिलाओं युवाओं वृद्धों को भी मिल रहा है। कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित योजना की चीफ एक्जीक्यूटिव अहमदाबाद से आई ख्यात वक्ता बीके. ईषिता ने बताया कि जहां जहां भी ये येाजना प्रारंभ हुई है वहां की न सिर्फ तस्वीर बल्कि जीवनषैली भी बदल गई है। इन बस्तियों में कौषल विकास, स्वप्रबंधन, आत्मनिर्भरता, पारिवारिक एकता, व्यसनमुक्ति, स्वास्थ्य एवं योग जागरूता, स्वरोजगार के मंत्र दिये जा रहे हैं।
कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित बी.के. ललित एवं ब्रह्माकुमारी भावना बहन ने बच्चों को कपड़े वितरित किये। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया। बच्चों ने गीत सुनाये एवं नृत्य भी प्रस्तुत किया।
