"Inner Technology for Peace and Happiness" Retreat for IT Professionals in Bhubaneswar
A one-day Retreat for IT Professionals was been organized by the IT Wing of RERF at the Brahma Kumaris Centre in Patia, Bhubaneswar (Odisha). More than one hundred IT Professionals from different organizations participated in this program.
Dignitaries like Sh. R.N. Palai (ITS, Special Secretary IT, Govt. of Odisha); Sh. Prakash Ch. Pati (IB(E)S, Dy. Director General, Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of Odisha); Sh. Manas Panda (Director, STPI); BK Yashwant Patil (H.Q. Co-ordinator, IT Wing, RERF); BK Sanjiv Gupta (National Co-ordinator, IT Wing, RERF); and BK Leena (Sub-Zone Director, Bhubaneswar, Eastern Zone) inaugurated the program by the Lighting of Lamps.
Dignitary Sh. R.N. Palai delivered the Inauguration speech and BK Leena, Sub Zone Director of Brahma Kumaris at Bhubaneswar, welcomed all.
Eminent motivational speakers of the Brahma Kumaris, BK Prof. E.V. Gireesh, Er. BK Savitha and BK Durgesh Nandini conducted sessions on different topics to explore the self and experience happiness.
In the valedictory session, former Indian Ambassador Sh. Abasar Behura deliberated his views, blessings and good wishes to move forward on the spiritual path for eternal peace and happiness.
There was a Question-Answer Session which evoked high enthusiasm and interest among the participants for clarifying issues related to their profession and family relations.
Concluding the program, BK Golap, Centre-in-charge, BK Patia Center, expressed her feelings and thanked participants, looking forward for another such program in the near future. She also expressed her gratitude for the whole-hearted support of the Brahma Kumaris Head Quarters for providing guidelines and faculty to make the program a success.
