Panel on "How Rajayoga Meditation Creates Positive Thinking" in Mumbai

Eminent dignitaries Mr. Umesh Shukla, Film Director (“Oh My God, 102 Not Out”); Mr. Manish Wadhwa, Actor and Voice Actor (as Chanakya in TV serial Chandragupta Maurya); Kavita Pandya, Fitness Coach of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team; and Dr. Geeta Shetty, Associate Professor, St. Xavier’s Institute of Education, were the panelists during the program organised by the Brahma Kumaris at Mumbai Borivali (West) Centre on the occasion of International Day of Yoga.
The program began with an exercise session conducted by Kavita Pandya, famous Fitness Coach of the Indian Women’s Cricket team. BK Sister Bindu, the center-in-charge, threw light on how “Meditation helps create Positive Thinking.”  A very healthy discussion followed with positive input from each panelist.  The main focus was on how Rajyoga Meditation helps create positive thinking and how it can be used in practical life for controlling our mind.
BK Sister Shreya delivered a talk on “How Rajyoga Meditation helps to control our Mind” and also conducted a guided meditation.
Other celebrities who graced the occasion and shared their views on the importance of Yoga were Poonam Raut, Crickter, Indian Women’s Cricket Team; Sarfaraz Khan, Indian Cricketer; Sooraj Thapar, TV Actor; and Bobby Khanna, TV Actor.
