Social service of cleaning a pond by Brahma Kumaris, Rajgarh

Members of local Brahma Kumaris centre took up the task of cleaning a pond on the bank of Nevaz river in which large number of ladies were present. The team was lead by BK Madhu and Mrs. Sadhana Srivastav. First of all they removed waste polythene and other materials from the pond.

There were some people using soap and taking bath in the river. They were approached and made aware of the ill effects of polluting water . They got inspired with BK team who took an oath to keep the river water always clean and free from pollution. They were told about the mission that Brahma Kumaris  started to maintain clean water every where and encouraged the local people to join hands and co-operate in saving water from pollution.

On this occasion sisters and brothers who lent services were Kavita, Surekha, Indira, Kiran Chouhan, Mahindri Ahirvar, Usha Mevade, Gulab, Sarla Vijayvargeey, Saroj Bathem, Urmila Bathem, Leena, Archana Shukla, Pushpa Solanki and Arvind Saksena, Kapil Gupta, Sanjaynath, Mahesh Namdev, Shiv Namdev, Amrutlal Viswakarma, Balchand Sen, Prabhulal Ahirvar, Krishna Prajapati, Dwarikaprasad Viswakarma, Aman Balwala, Chayan Shukla, Ramnarayan Dangi, PrabhuDangi, Badrilal, Amarlal and Narayan Kunvar.

BK Madhu expressed her confidence that this service will definitely bring awareness in the public.

Mrs. Sadhana Srivastav said, “When water is there, future is there”, therefore she attended this pond cleaning activity on the bank of Nevaj river.
