Brahma Kumaris at "Sujalam, Sufalam" Water Conservation campaign, Atladara, Gujarat
Under Gujarat Government’s Water Conservation campaign, “Sujalam, Sufalam, Jal Sanchay Abhiyan”, a program was held by the Greater Vadodara Municipal Corporation, at Atladara Bheem Talav.
Sister BK Aruna, Brahma Kumaris Centre-in-Charge, Atladara was the Chief Guest on the occassion of Khat Muhurat at Atladara Bhim Talav. Rev. Sant Narayan Bhushan Swami of Swami Narayan temple, Atladara, Sri Rajendra Trivedi, Speaker of Gujarat Legislative Assembly, Shri Bharatbhai Dangar, City Mayor of Vadodara, Dr. Jigisha Bahen Seth, Standing Committee Chairman, Sri Seema Bahen Mohile, Member Block Development Akota were the other guests on the dias.
Auspicious beginning of the Project was done by lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest along with others. Then Sister BK Aruna was led to the site where she performed Bhoomi puja(worship at construction site) in an august presence of politicians and many other honourable persons of the city. The program was well attended and was very successful. For a while, Sister BK Aruna shared Divine Peaceful vibrations as the Project was for the good of entire mankind.
